This gentle yet powerful practice combines ancient wisdom with modern science. We know that prolonged stress doesn’t just “fade away” — it can lodge deep in the muscles, joints, and nervous system, slowly manifesting as tension, fatigue and physical pain, impacting different systems of the body when at their weakest. Releasing stress, anxiety and low mood through movement while gently increasing energy to shift stagnant emotions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with tension, or carrying emotional burdens that manifest as physical pain, this 6-week program is designed for you. What You’ll Experience: Gentle and Restorative Yoga Flows – Designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and reawaken energy in the body while supporting nervous system regulation. Suitable for all levels. Breathwork to Calm & Energise the Mind – Learn simple yet powerful breathing techniques to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and gently lift low energy. Guided Relaxation and Somatic Practices – Release stored stress and feelings of heaviness, helping you feel lighter and more at ease. Themed Healing Journeys – Our six-week blocks are designed to align with the natural rhythms of the seasons, drawing deeply from Ayurvedic wisdom and the subtle energies of the psychic centers (chakras), working to rebalance the body, mind, heart, and spirit. A Safe and Supportive Community – Connect with others on a similar path, sharing in a space where you are heard, seen, and supported.
