“Blossom by blossom the spring begins.” — Algernon Charles Swinburne Join us for a nourishing half-day evening to celebrate the arrival of spring, to the return of colour, warmth, renewal and growth. Exciting! Putting a spring back in to our steps and colour into our cheeks 🌈 This is an intimate gathering to pause, rest, and listen inward as the energy of spring begins to stir — not all at once, but gently, in its own time. The evening will include: 🍀Guided Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and nervous system regulation 🎵Immersive Sound Bath to soften, restore, and integrate 🔥Fire Ceremony in the garden (weather permitting 😍), offering a simple ritual of release and intention, celebrating around the fire with dance, drumming and mantras 🫖 together with with some warm nourishing refreshments. The gathering will take place in the Yogada Therapies home studio and garden, creating a warm, held, and personal space. Numbers are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and individual attention. Suitable for all levels. No previous experience of yoga nidra, sound work, or ceremony is required.
