Learning to relax the body is something that many people find challenging in today’s busy world filled with the buzz of technology and constant sensory stimulation.  However, in order for the body and mind to stay well it is imperative that we teach our body to relax.  And beyond maintaining our well-being, when we are completely relaxed we are able to live in our natural state of being and things come to us more effortlessly.
