Learning to relax the body is something that many people find challenging in today’s busy world filled with the buzz of technology and constant sensory stimulation and the self-created long to-do list create, which leaves very little time for personal care. Many people say they don't know how to relax or feel guilty about relaxing when there is a long list of things to do, which then can lead to frustration towards ourselves, overwork anxiety and burnout. The body is trying to speak to us and perhaps we are not listening.
We all know that in order for the body and mind to stay well, it is imperative that we teach ourselves to relax. And beyond maintaining our well-being, when we are completely relaxed we are able to stay longer in our natural state of being and things come to us more effortlessly, with less time pressure. Our relaxation therapies are not only designed to help you relax on that day, the feeling of relaxation, groundedness, release of tension and increase in energy can last for several days after, and with more than one session for a lot longer, helping you realise how important it is to have some time for self care.
