Yoga therapy sits at the intersection of modern health science and ancient yogic wisdom with a holistic approach, we utilise movement, relaxation, self-observation, breathwork, and meditation to help people manage or recover from a wide range of conditions —physical (like back pain or arthritis), psychological (like anxiety or depression), or energetic (like burnout or fatigue).
Yoga Therapy is for individuals or very small groups. Each client or very small group receives a personalised treatment plan based on their personal conditions and can also collaborate with other health care providers to compliment conventional treatments.
