A yoga series designed to help you move with greater ease, confidence, and strength. This 5-week Hatha yoga course is ideal for people managing back pain or stiffness who want a calm, mindful approach to movement. Each session builds gradually from week to week, supporting long-term spinal health. Expect: Gentle spinal movement and release Improved flexibility and mobility Supportive strength for the back and core Clear guidance and a calm, welcoming space Options offered throughout Who It’s For People living with ongoing or recurring back pain Those feeling stiff or unsure about movement Suitable for anyone able to move on and off the mat independently, if unsure please do email me, I also offer one to one support either online or in person at my home studio.
