The body is entirely capable of healing itself, with a little help from our friends! This retreat is a unique blend of traditional relaxation techniques, including yoga and pranayama (breathwork), meditation and chanting that brings us to the universal source, with an extended Reiki workshop to help connect to your own healing energy. By blending the ancient art and science of Yoga, which unites Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit, with the modality of Reiki, we tap into the transformative energy within each of us. You are unlikely to find such a combination of traditions to take us to the universal source of oneness anywhere else. In addition to a beautifully nurturing and healing retreat, you’ll receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate to give you confidence in channelling healing for family, friends & pets. I will be holding this intimate circle in a very relaxed atmosphere of care and attention throughout the 2 day course to help you get the most from this retreat. 📖 Pre-reading material Ann instruction manual is provided for pre-reading and so the earlier you decide the sooner you will receive your book.
