✨Reiki comes from the Japanese words “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (life energy). This universal energy — known as Chi in Chinese culture, Qi in Japanese, and Prana in Yoga — flows through all living beings. Developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, Reiki is a holistic healing practice that restores balance and harmony by channelling this universal energy. It works first on the subtle, energetic level (the auric field) and then on the physical body — much like the healing philosophy of Yoga. Each Reiki session lasts about an hour and can be experienced in person or online, as healing energy travels wherever it is needed. We begin with a brief conversation to discuss your wellbeing and any areas of focus. For deeper healing, a series of sessions is often recommended. 😌My Reiki sessions are unique and deeply relaxing. During the session, my hands are guided by universal energy to restore balance, health, peace, clarity, and vitality, through my hands. If you are able to have a face to face session then we begin with a soothing Indian head massage to calm the mind and ease tension, followed by a full-body Reiki treatment. Even when we connect online, the healing energy flows just as deeply.
