Service Description
This retreat offers a powerful starting point for understanding yourself more deeply and the opportunity to rest in the clarity of your true nature. Have you noticed that as life pulls us in many directions, we often live with quiet contradictions - wanting to get healthy yet overeating, - or valuing relationships yet putting other demands first? These patterns arise from unconscious biases rooted in our likes and dislikes, quietly shaping how we react, choose, and understand ourselves. But we are beyond the roles we play or the memories and expectations we have. Resting in the "I Am" is a day to step back from all of this and return to the simple awareness within that says “I am” This witness-presence is steady, peaceful, and always with us even if we are not always conscious of it. By paying attention we begin to understand who we are and what we are not, stripping away the noise and contradictions so that we can act from our authentic selves more and more. 🗺️ What we will explore By engaging in yoga flows, breathwork, meditation, discussion and self-enquiry, we begin: - recognise your unconscious biases and inner contradictions - explore how likes and dislikes shape our choices and reactions - feel grounded, centred, and present - reconnect with the quiet, authentic self 👇🏼What to expect 📋Itinerary - Yoga flow - Uplifting breathwork & mantra meditation - Meditation, to engage with your authentic self - Shared Lunch - Group enabling workshops to review these contradictions through different lenses - Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and to open ourselves to our true nature 🕒Time: Saturday 09:30am to 4:00pm (registration starts at 09:15 am) 🏟️Venue: Diana's Health and Fitness, D3, 109E Finedon Road, Wellingborough NN8 4AL 🍱Refreshments: Teas and coffees provided, vegetarian/vegan shared lunch brought by participants. 🎒To bring: Shared lunch as above Journal or notebook and pen Water bottle Yoga mat (we have some available if you don’t have one), Two home cushions/pillows Blanket Any other yoga equipment you personally use eg bricks and blocks (optional, not essential) 🧘🏽♂️Attire: loose clothing, tops and trousers suitable for exercise 💷 Investment: £30 Questions: Please email raj@yogadatherapies.com
