Celebrate the energy of summer with 5 weeks of Summer Sattva Hatha Yoga, inviting you to move, breathe, and live with lightness, playfulness, and ease. This is your space to slow down, soften, and enjoy the warmth of the season—to embrace the feeling of abundance that summer naturally brings, without the pressure to do more or be more. ✨ About the Classes Over five weeks, we’ll explore a gentle yet uplifting Hatha yoga practice inspired by the essence of summer—warmth, expansion, creativity, and joy. Summer is often a time of fullness and activity, so through these classes enjoy abundance and reduce overwhelm, finding calm within the energy of the season. Each class is an invitation to: Move with freedom and curiosity Be playful and creative in your practice Enjoy the sensation of warmth and energy in the body Let go of pressure and simply feel good Connect to a sense of inner ease and abundance This is not about pushing or striving—it’s about flowing, exploring, and enjoying. 🌞 What to Expect Light, flowing Hatha sequences with a summery feel Creative, playful transitions that invite exploration Breathwork to energise and uplift Deep relaxation to balance the heat with calm 🌸 The Summer Feeling Summer is a time of openness, growth, and possibility, but it can also feel full and busy. In this course, we gently create space to: Join me live online at 6pm via Zoom. If you can’t attend a class, you’ll be able to catch up with the recordings for a limited time and practice at your own pace.
