Drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom, the focus is on supporting Ojas—your vital essence, immunity, and inner reserves—while gently awakening Agni, the inner fire responsible for warmth, digestion, and steady energy. The emphasis is on kindling warmth without depletion, making this an ideal practice during the colder, darker months. Classes move at a calm, unhurried pace, with steady postures, mindful transitions, conscious breathing, and generous pauses for rest. Practices are grounding and accessible, supporting the nervous system and encouraging a sense of safety, stability, and ease.
