Yoga Nidra translated from Sanskrit means “yogic sleep” It is a powerful deep relaxation and conscious awareness. It involves a guided journey through various stages of relaxation in a comfortably lying on your back, using bodyscan, breathwork, progressive relaxation and visualisation.
