Is the shape of the Earth not round?
It’s definitely not a pyramid
So, perhaps there is no hierarchy other than in our misperceptions
Intelligence is in every cell of every living being
The universe gives us what we need in abundance
Fairly and evenly distributed for our needs and intents.
Are we then not all equal, you and me and all other lifeform?
We are part of Earth’s nature, nature is within each of us
Just as it is within the butterfly, the tree or the rose bush
None is above or below
We are one community
We know this to our core
The only thing required of all is for us is to live by the laws of nature
So can we?
Can we shed the hierarchy,
The belief that we are at the top of the tree, individually and collectively?
Instead sharing the Earth as she would want us to
Something for you and something for me
Can we live in harmony, with each other ?
Isn’t it what the body and mind truly want
We are most happy when our circadian rhythm is in sync
When we are in homeostasis
Neither taking too much nor too little
When all is in balance
That’s when we feel at ease and peace
Why then, look outside of ourselves for a sense of perfection
A perfect body, a perfect mind, a perfect life…
That drives our desires for more and more…
We, you and me and all others are perfect just as we are, in this moment
Let’s look inwards to our own intelligence, strength and resilience
For guidance
To discern what is right for me and for you
And look outwards with forgiveness and compassion
Doing what we can to move us all from the pyramid towards the circle
We call home – our earth
This is utopia!
