May you feel the quiet kindness of presence and the gentle light of love, and may you always know that you are enough. With heartfelt good wishes to each of you in this season of goodwill. May you're wishes wants and desires for what truly matters be met in abundance.
Last year, I shared the Harmony Wheel as a free reflective resource to support conscious intention-setting, and many of you found it both useful and insightful. As we arrive at another turning point, it feels like the perfect time to gently return to it to find clarity, balance and alignment to what truly matters.

The Harmony Wheel is a simple yet powerful tool to help you reconnect with what truly matters to your heart's desire. Rather than viewing life as a list of separate areas, the wheel reminds us that everything is interconnected and always in motion. When one area dominates and another is neglected, our inner wisdom gently calls us back to centre.
At the heart of the Harmony Wheel are three fundamental spiritual needs for a fulfilling human life:
Self – caring for our physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing
Connection – nurturing relationships with ourselves, others, nature, and life
Purpose – engaging with meaning, contribution, and what feels significant right now
Underlying all of this is the energy of love, guiding our choices and shaping our experiences.
As we enter a new year, the wheel offers a moment to pause and reflect:
Where am I now?
What do I want to experience more of?
What might I need to change, rebalance, or gently let go of?
By consciously reviewing these three areas, we can set intentions that feel nourishing rather than demanding—intentions rooted in awareness, gratitude, and compassion.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about listening to yourself and making small, loving adjustments as life continues to turn. The Harmony Wheel can be revisited at any time, making it a supportive companion not just for the New Year, but for every new beginning along the way.
Simply login or sign up for the free resources when asked and download and print your instructions to complete your harmony wheel...
And make intentional conscious preparation for change: letting go of that which you no longer want/need and adding back what you do want.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my life’s journey—throughout 2025 and the years before—and I look forward to sharing time, connection, and presence with you in 2026.
Merry Christmas and may the new year bring you much joy and happiness.
With love and good wishes
Raj Rajani 🙏🏼
