The number of our breaths maybe limited but the way we breathe determines the way we live our lives. How we manage our breath has a profound impact on our lives. By practicing deep, conscious breathing - Pranayama we regulate the flow and quality of our vital force- Prana and improve our quality of life and spiritual depth. For many of us, our everyday breath is often shallow and in to upper the lungs of the chest; as if we are always in flight or fight mode and these patterns become embedded in to our systems and can create health issues. We can change this through conscious breathing, using different pranayama techniques. This allows us to experience emotional release, greater mental clarity, improved physical health, spiritual growth, and an overall sense of balance and empowerment. The transformational aspects of conscious breathing are multifaceted and can be profound. Some of the benefits of Pranayama include: • Reduced stress, promoting relaxation and calmness • Heightened self awareness with deepening awareness of mental patterns • Mindful presence • Emotional release and healing • Resilience and strength • Increased mental clarity and focus • Physical health benefits include improved oxygenation, better respiratory function, improved sleep, detoxification and many more! • And of course my favourite topic – spiritual growth and greater connection to the divine consciousness. This retreat will help you deepen your understanding of the gift of your breath and experience its essence as prana.
