Why the change?
I feel this rebranding aligns more clearly and closely to my purpose. Whilst I haven't changed, I wanted to make the services I offer clearly demonstrate my focus on holistic wellbeing and personal growth through yoga and similar healing modalities.

For some time now I have been reflecting on what I find most satisfying in my work. It's definitely seeing the positive changes in those I work with as they receive the benefits of Yoga as a holistic therapy. And so I am expanding my available time to provide more personalised one to one sessions.
I have also witnessed the huge benefits of total relaxation as a therapeutic tool and so I have included this, separately, as a new type of offering. There is both scientific and anecdotal evidence demonstrating the impact that relaxation and meditation have on our brainwaves and the central nervous system. Total relaxation therapy is of benefit for anyone and everyone, we all need it! Whether it's used to help reduce stress or anxiety, overwork and burn out, or to reduce chronic pain or even to find new creative ways of manifesting your dreams.
My new offerings include a personalised day retreat where you can decide how you want to spend your time with me, based on your personal aspirations, to help you connect deeply with your own healing and self-actualisation powers. This day includes total relaxation therapy.
My own spiritual journey has led me to want to share the path of contentment with everyone and I intend to do this through my conscious living course, coaching & mentoring and training courses (which will include meditation and breathwork (watch this space)).
As part of this transformation, my Free Membership is now called Free Resources. While weekly live yoga classes are not currently being offered, you can still access a rotation of previous sessions, along with other valuable resources to support your wellbeing.

What's on this Autumn?
There is one thing that hasn't changed and that is our quarterly face to face day retreats and we begin this season with a mid-Autumn retreat on Saturday 26 October 2024, at Diana's Health and Fitness Centre in Wellingborough.
Mid-autumn is a time when the veil between the material and spiritual world is at its thinnest and so the perfect time to connect to your own spirituality and what it means to you in this modern world. Following on from the mid-Autumn retreat we have our first 6 week online course, the healing power of the chakras (wheels of energy) starting Friday 1 November 8am-9.30am.
You don't need any prior knowledge, just an enquiring mind, So, please do join me to understand and experience the philosophy of the chakras an experience them activate through different yogic methods. We will begin with the Heart Chakra, because that is the one that most people intuitively know and understand and the one that gets blocked the most easily. It is also the mid point between the chakras and holds the energy between them through love and compassion.
